Loved the warm welcome with coffee/tea and homemade pie. the location was perfect, close enough to explore the nearby area. the breakfast was perfect with homemade bread and many options to choose from.

The location of this B&B is absolutely stunning, as it is just in front of the sea and within walking distance to the beach. the room was spacious and had a walking-in wardrobe, providing plenty of storage space. the hosts, Phil and Michael, were extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy everyone's taste. the views from the sunroom were breathtaking, overlooking the sea and a field with ponies.

Some aspects of the facilities could be improved.

This hotel was an amazing place to spend our Christmas holiday. The location couldn't have been more perfect, with beautiful sea views and easy access to historical landmarks. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with plenty of space for our family. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast choices, including fresh fruit and home-baked goods. the friendly and informative hosts made us feel right at home.

We really can't think of anything negative to say about our experience at this hotel. The only downside was having to leave at the end of our stay!
